There is just plain text in news. No video. Poor app. Shame on Cbc.

Come on CBC wheres the Gold medal race video in the pool. Everyone wants to see it. Really.......get it to work, its embarrassing .

In order to watch video of the Mens 400m Final on my iPhone CBCs website directs me to the App Store to download the Rio 2016 app. I download and install then find the video. When I click it to play, it tells me in order to play I now need to download and install a 2nd app...the CBC Sports app. I do this, find the headline, tap it, and instead of the friggin video there is just a text story. Waste of time. Decidedly uncool CBC!

Terrible app. Im trying to watch the Olympics and all I get are endless ads.

If youre lucky you be asked continuously to download the app when trying to access your event but if you do youll wade through 2 of the same ads EVERY view . They obviously tried to add ads , but cheaply . Apparently no sponsors

Somehow this app always manages to play 30-45 seconds of video ads before then "experiencing technical difficulties" when its time to show the requested clip. Another win for the CBC.

Useless app, couldnt watch video

I tired to see CBC apps are always only in english... Its a Canadian Compagny but nothing for french costumer...
